Update 20 - Further Optimizing of Conditioning Routine - May 17th 2020
- Improved Cardio
- Improved Jump Ability
Basically want to improve on these 2 categories, especially since right now I can’t go to GoodLife to use machines yet.
Home workouts are fun, but I need more effectiveness. I used to do some running at goodlife to warm up, also leg workouts were more effective with machines. Losing Gainz T_T
In general Plyometrics will aid as a cardio and jumping exercise. Going to be applying it to my workouts. Been doing light workouts after each tricking session. I may continue this practice in addition to my 1x a week GoodLife session once everything is back up and running.
Just need to find a balance to make sure I’m not over-training. So long as I wake up next day feeling good and not too tight/sore I should be okay.
