Injured still. Lost a lot of upper body size. When I can train it I’ll see how much strength I need to catch up on. Probably a lot.

Anyways, GoodLife is serving me well. Translates into tricks quite well, also. Staying consistent. Just need to keep this up !

- Goal Numbers for November 21st:

Leg Extensions - 260 x 5
Leg Press - 570 x 5 ( 5 Plates )
Ab Crunch - Scaling back & Adding hardest setting
Back Extensions - Hovering at 250 x 5. Will finish machine later
Arm Curl - Break ( Injured ). Physiothreapy instead
Chest Press - Break ( Injured ). Physiotherapy instead
